  • Dr. Sheridan Major-Moore, DO MPH MS FAAFP
    Sheridan Major-Moore DO, MPH, MS, FAAFP
    CEO & Founder

    Dr. Major-Moore is a board-certified family medicine physician. She completed her medical education at Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed residency training at Palmetto General Hospital in Miami Florida. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians and has been named a “Top Doc in Family Medicine” in recent years. Dr. Major-Moore also holds degrees in Public Health and Biomedical Science; and is dedicated to educating her patients, and helping them make informed decisions regarding their health. When she’s not working, she enjoys traveling, mission work, and most importantly spending time with her family.

  • Tera Smith Riddick Ph.D, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC, CDE

    Dr Smith Riddick is a dedicated dual certified Family and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of experience in healthcare, with seven of those years as a family nurse practitioner, and three as a mental health nurse practitioner. She obtained her nursing degree from Meridian Community College. Afterwards, she obtained her graduate degrees from William Carey University and nurse practitioner degrees from the University of Southern Mississippi. She has a passion for comprehensive patient care leading her to pursue dual certifications, enabling her to address both physical and mental health needs effectively. Throughout her career, she has worked in diverse settings, including hospitals, primary care clinics (family and pediatrics), and behavioral (mental) clinics. Tera is known for her compassionate approach, emphasizing holistic care and patient education. She is also an advocate for mental health awareness and frequently participates in community outreach programs.
